    The Institute serves as an authoritative source for the private and public sectors to identify and resolve building process and facility performance issues. Its members consist of professionals from a wide range of public and private sectors, who share their experiences and expertise as they serve on the Institute’s Boards, Councils, Committees and Programs and volunteer with the Institute to develop and implement technical and procedural improvements for the built environment.
