    The DSS affiliate mobile application will enable SMS Assist affiliates to manage their work orders on their IOS or android phones. It will provide an alternative method to IVR check in/out which is currently incorporated in DSS system. The benefits of implementing the app are: the current average response time for a work order will be shortened and efficiency of the work order tracking will be improved. The amount of time takes for an affiliate to check-in and out will also be significantly reduced compare to IVR check in/out.
